Who we are
Grant Hounds is an independent grant research service operated by Grant Hounds LLC, based in the Atlanta metro area and serving organizations across the United States. We are not a government agency, a funder, or a grant-making organization, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any grant program, foundation, or agency we research. We do not award grants, and we do not act as an agent for any funder.
What our research is, and isn't
Our research reflects our analysis of the information you provide and each funder's published criteria at the time we check it. A Fit Score measures how well an opportunity appears to align with your organization. It is not a prediction of whether you will be funded, and it does not guarantee eligibility, selection, or an award. Funders make their own decisions and can change deadlines, rules, and requirements at any time, so always confirm the details with the funder before you apply. Our research is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
The readiness check
The readiness check on our homepage is a free, informational tool. Your readiness score is a general indication of how prepared your organization is to pursue grants, based only on the answers you give. It is not an assessment of any particular grant and not a promise of results.
Paid services
Grant research and grant fit reports are provided under a separate Client Services Agreement signed with each client. If anything in these terms conflicts with a signed Client Services Agreement, the agreement controls for that engagement.
Using the site
You may use the site to learn about our services, take the readiness check, and contact us. Please don't use the site in any way that could damage or disrupt it, attempt to gain access to areas not intended for you, copy or scrape it in bulk, or submit false information or information you have no right to share. Client intake is by invitation only; please complete an intake questionnaire only if we have asked you to.
Our content
The text, design, logo, name, and other content on this site belong to Grant Hounds LLC. You may view and print pages for your own use and share links to the site. Any other use requires our written permission. Our research methods, scoring model, and the sources we use are proprietary to Grant Hounds.
Links to other sites
We link to funders' own websites and other outside pages so you can confirm details for yourself. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
Your information
How we collect and use information is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
No warranties and limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grant Hounds LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. If a disagreement about the site comes up, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cobb County, Georgia.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
