You tell us about the jurisdiction or agency once: population served, location, budget, registrations, and the projects in your capital or program plan. We build your research profile, search federal, state, regional, foundation, and corporate sources, and check each opportunity against it.
Each opportunity comes with a Fit Score explained factor by factor, eligibility rules and whether you appear to meet them, the deadline, the award range, the effort involved, and a link to the source with the date we checked it.
The requirements that actually decide it
For public applicants, eligibility is rarely the obstacle. Matching funds, federal registration, environmental review, procurement rules, prevailing wage, and post-award reporting are. We flag those up front, so a program that looks attractive but would strain your staff gets marked accordingly.
Reports are written to be shared in a council or board packet, with sources anyone can check.
What this isn't
It isn't software, a database subscription, or grant writing. We don't write or submit applications, and we aren't a lobbying or appropriations service. We research and qualify opportunities so your staff time goes to the ones worth pursuing.
