Formula funding you already receive isn't what we research. We look for the competitive money on top of it, and for programs that fund the projects your budget can't cover.
What we do
You tell us about the district or school once: who you serve and how many, where you are, your budget, your registrations, and the projects you need funded. We build your research profile, search across those sources, and check each opportunity against it.
Every opportunity comes back with a Fit Score explained factor by factor, the eligibility rules and whether you appear to meet them, the deadline, the award range, the effort an application takes, and a link to the funder's own page with the date we checked it.
Built for how schools decide
Reports are written to be shared. The summary works in a board packet, the effort estimate helps you judge staff time, and the sources let anyone verify a claim. Each opportunity is marked apply, maybe, watch, or skip, so a principal or business manager can see the choice quickly.
We also flag matching requirements, federal registration gaps, and reporting obligations early, since those usually decide whether a grant is worth pursuing.
What this isn't
It isn't a database to search or software to learn, and it isn't grant writing. We don't write or submit applications. We find and qualify the opportunities so your staff time goes to the ones that fit.
A Fit Score measures alignment, not the chance of being funded. Confirm details with the funder before applying, since program rules change.
